My approach
I’m Aleksandra, a Certified Hypnotherapist and RTT® Practitioner. I help clients break long-standing emotional and behavioural patterns by working at the subconscious level — the place where those patterns were created.
My background in the corporate payments industry, combined with years of navigating high-responsibility roles while raising four children, gives me a practical understanding of internal pressure and high-functioning stress.
The story behind the name
Why “Genie Within You”?
In the story of Aladdin, the genie already holds the power — it just waits to be activated.
I use the word genie as a metaphor for the subconscious mind. It is powerful, responsive, and constantly shaping your experience —whether you’re aware of it or not. The work we do together isn’t about gaining something new. It’s about learning how to work with the power that already exists within you.

Rapid
RTT® works directly with the subconscious mind, where emotional patterns are formed. Instead of focusing on symptoms, it identifies when and why a pattern began — allowing meaningful change, often within one to three sessions.

Transformational
RTT® helps uncover the root cause behind unhelpful beliefs and responses, many formed early in life. By reframing these experiences, you can create new, more constructive ways of thinking and responding.

Therapy
RTT® combines hypnotherapy with proven therapeutic approaches such as CBT and solution-focused techniques. Each session is structured, collaborative, and supported by a personalised audio to reinforce change.

How is RTT® different
from therapy?
Focus
Traditional talk therapy often focuses on understanding and processing present-day thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. RTT® focuses on identifying and working with the origin of emotional and behavioural patterns — often formed earlier in life and stored subconsciously.
Time & structure
Many people spend months or years in weekly or long-term talk therapy, gradually gaining insight and coping strategies. RTT® is typically shorter-term and more structured, with sessions designed to work intensively rather than indefinitely.
Level of work
Talk therapy primarily engages the conscious, thinking mind — through conversation, reflection, and insight. RTT® works directly with the subconscious, where automatic beliefs, emotional responses, and patterns are stored.
Approach to change
In talk therapy, awareness and understanding often come first, with change unfolding gradually. RTT® aims to update the underlying belief or response itself, rather than repeatedly managing its effects.
Role of insight
Insight is valuable — but insight alone doesn’t always change behaviour. RTT® integrates understanding with subconscious work, supporting change at the level where patterns were originally formed.
A gentle clarification
RTT® is not a replacement for all therapy and is not about “fixing” or bypassing emotions. It is an approach for people who feel they understand why something happens — yet notice it keeps repeating.
